How do I list my property?
Create an account, go to 'Post property', fill in details including category (residential, commercial, land, or investment), upload photos, and submit. Admins review and publish fast.
Is listing my property free?
Yes, creating your first property listing is completely free. We offer various premium features and packages for enhanced visibility and advanced marketing tools.
How do I edit or delete my property listing?
Log in to your account, go to 'My Listings' in your dashboard, and you'll find options to edit or delete your listings. You can update photos, price, description, and other details anytime.

Is my data secure?
We use encrypted connections, secure auth, and follow best practices to keep your data safe. All property listings go through our verification process before being published.
Do you verify agents?
Yes. Verified agents show a badge and complete KYC and license checks. Always look for the verified badge when contacting agents.

How can I book a viewing?
Open a property page and click 'Schedule a visit' or contact the listed agent directly through the inquiry form. Your message will be sent directly to the owner.
What happens after I submit a property inquiry?
Your inquiry is sent directly to the property owner. They will typically respond within 24-48 hours via email or phone. You can also track your inquiries in your dashboard.
How can I save properties for later?
Create an account and use the 'Save' or heart icon on any property to add it to your favorites. Access your saved properties anytime from your dashboard.

Do you offer financing tools?
Yes. Use Tools > EMI Calculator to plan monthly payments based on rate and tenure. We also have Unit Converter and Date Converter tools to help with property research.
What property categories are available?
We have four main categories: Residential (houses, apartments), Commercial (offices, shops), Land (plots, agricultural land), and Investment (investment properties and opportunities).
